1. All products, including customized, made-to-order and ready-stock items, are non-returnable for change of mind, personal preferences, or size and suitability concerns.
2. Please carefully check the product design, dimensions, specifications and space requirements before ordering.
3. Minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur in handcrafted products and are not grounds for return.
4. Products damaged in transit or incorrect items received will be reviewed under our Replacement & Refund Policy below.

1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email at divyakalamandir1@gmail.com, mentioning your order number.
2. Share a clear, continuous unboxing video, showing the entire process from before opening the package until the product is fully unpacked, without cuts or breaks.
3. Provide clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item received.
4. Retain the product and its original packaging until our team has reviewed your claim and provided further instructions.

What Are the Terms for Replacement or Refund?

1. Once your claim has been verified, our team will guide you through the applicable replacement or refund process.
2. The resolution will depend on the issue and product availability.
3. Reporting an issue does not automatically confirm approval of a replacement or refund.

How Long Does the Refund Procedure Take?

If a refund is approved, our team will communicate the refund method and expected processing time after reviewing your claim.

Where Should I Return My Product?

Please do not ship any product back without instructions from our team. If a return is required to resolve an approved claim, we will provide the return address, packaging instructions and details regarding shipping arrangements.
